Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
What the heck, dude!! Quit holding out on us, show us more pics of that thing!!!!!
haha, he has that, a regular cab version, and a 4 door dually. He also just finished up a 42 Dodge 4 door dually, with a 5.9 Cummins in it. Retirement is nice

I like having a loud car, every time the neighbors dog barks, I just go let my car sit and idle in the driveway
I figure that body style, regular cab long box with the diesel would be the truck I would want to buy. Pretty much over gas motors thanks to kyle and the internet.
a DMAX swap would be much better. But 88-98 FTMFW, im never selling mine. Cant believe i almost did.
My truck will be getting a stroked gen III when the the vortec 5.7L dies.

If I was doing a gas truck it would have to be the previous gen.

believe me, i very much want one of those too.
In fact, those look like the exact year and body style of my grandpas old one (a custom deluxe with a 350-4/400 and the big axles) that is going to the crusher and ive wanted since 4
You know, if you're gonna run the cap, they have a conversion that turns the bed into a sort of extra seating area. Only thing is, the cab would put a divider between you and the passengers. Kinda looks cool, carpeting the bottom and turning the wheel wells into seat and adding a few more. 'Course, on the other hand, if you use it for hauling, more interior wouldn't work so well.
the bottom of my doors were pretty bad but i stopped it in its tracks. dont just blow something on top if of it, it wont last. I was down there with a big screwdriver and a grinder cleaning it up. I did also drill holes at the very bottom, which fixs the problem that causes it in the first place - it cant drain the wanter that gets in form the window seal. Then i used CHASIS SAVER to paint it. regualr paint WILL NOT stop the rust.
edit: I also sprayed oil and lithium grease up inside the bottom of the door.
