  • New mods to my DD

This here is my second baby, next in line to my car. 96 Chevy 2500 diesel. Recently I decided to dump money into it, just for the fact that I think that if you DD something, you should be able to enjoy it.

Heres a picture of it, dirtier than usual

Triple gauge pillar, boost, trans temp, pyrometer

4 inch straightpipe, yeah, it's loud

And the sticker that gets all the gas boys fired up

I also put on a mandrel bent downpipe and crossover. I ordered my 5 inch polished stainless tip last week and it hasn't came yet, damn UPS.

I'm also a firm beleiver in modding your DD. Just don't hot rod that 6.5 too much. They have some great torque but that bottom end is pretty weak.

Technically it's my dad's seeing as I didn't pay for it, but I'm the only one who really drives it, but I won't claim it as mine if I didn't buy it. lol Joel you got me there. It's probably coming off seeing as it's not getting driven over the winter White truck is a 47 Ford, my dad made it into an extended cab, took a 47 cab, cut the back off, extended it and put the back on. Just a 468 BBC in that, dyno'd 750 I believe.

                              Thats a nice truck.

I figure that body style, regular cab long box with the diesel would be the truck I would want to buy. Pretty much over gas motors thanks to kyle and the internet.
