I shoot the Olympus C8080 Wide Angle Zoom. It's an 8meg camera and was their top of the line Prosumer camera in '05 when I bought it. I paid about $800 for it and have been very happy with it. At that time SLR's were still running around $1200-$1400.Originally posted by DeLaRosa25 View PostWhat kind of camera are you using Ray?
It will go very wide angle, so I can get right up on a car and still get the whole thing in the shot.
Prints up to 18x24 with NO problem and off a tripod get clarity up to 20x30 prints.Attached Files'73 Z28 388 Stroker, M22 Rockcrusher 4 speed

Yeah - I love not having an airdam!Originally posted by SouLTeRRoRThat first one would be sweet sept your front end being over the side walk like that.
I wish I woulda stayed back too, but whatever.
I've gotten great shots from that area (that's where my friend and I sit on Woodward watching cars).
Umm, sure, I'll just go erase them from FHS's parking lot.Originally posted by DeLaRosa25Get ride of them parking lines sir.. thats a no no lol..
My friend and I had nothing to do, so we went and took pictures of my car. It was more of expirmentation for me with positioning and such, which came out nice.Gone but not forgotten: 1986 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z

I think you misunderstood? I was talking about editing in photoshop removing some of the lines like I did in the black/white picture of your iroc.

Excellent thread on taking photos. My wife just got a new digital camera for christmas. I haven't used it yet but it wont be long. I have taken a lot of nice pics with my old canon ae-1 . I have had that thing for about 25 years. Digital is much nicer for downloading though. I have seen some beautiful pics of cars in here. Cant wait to see some of these in person.
