  • Pics of the Iron Duke (4cyl) '82 Firebird

well the car was in worse shape than expected, i almost walked away from it but said f%ck it and it drove 2.5hrs home no problems, i was able to get it for a little cheaper but i still probably overpaid lol

interior is trash but it runs pretty good but def. a barn car and will need a very good cleaning...everywhere...and i've driven some slow cars...but this thing would make a Neon feel like a Vette

i'll get some better pics but my camera just died

Wow. That motor even looks midget...

I bet it gets good gas mileage though. Nice find.

I can't even imagine how slow that thing is. I felt like I was slowing down when I floored it in my old 305 Firebird.

How did you overpay? I thought it was $400?

this is honestly the slowest thing ever, i dont even know how to describe how slow it is, i mean it will rev but you just dont go anywhere

i think my fat ass could beat it in the 1/4 mile

no V8 swap, i like it cause how many people have a 4banger fbody?

I also found some markings underneath the radiator shroud
