Awesome trade Jeff.......you made the smarter move between the two of you guys. That TTA will pay you back and then some.

          Yeah, I hope so.

It's not like it's a car I'll be unloading any time soon.

This is something like the 3rd or 4th third gen I've ever even ridden in...what a different animal...so much stiffer than a 2nd gen, even with T-tops.

Ergonomics, driver priorities, just totally different from any car I've driven before...not bad...just different.

We're still getting to know each other...although she did get her first massage today...and took 2 hours to do it...lol...as clean and ding free 18 year old body I've seen...still has a few issues, but easily addressed. Interior is filthy and has issues...gonna take a day alone to do that...and then we're gonna need parts too. It will be a needed cosmetic restoration.

Obviously, it's had the tires rotated...the big offsets are now up front and the skinny offsets are on the rear...kinda funny.

Still kinda sad seeing the stepchild roll away on a trailer, but those memories are quickly being superceded.

Jeff, that is the correct wheel placement. The front wheels have more of a dish or lip to them.....I believe this was done to avoid having the tire rub the strut....seems kinda backwards I know, but that is the way they came from the factory.

Nice info, James...thanks...gotta get plates first, and fix a few *ahem* issues, but with any luck she'll be on the road this week...

                              It was a stripper car...only 2 options...the 327/350 hp motor (NOM...67 replacement block...now built to 400-425 hp or so) and a M21 4 speed.

LeMans blue with standard black vinyl interior.

Good driver, but would most likely never be Bloominton quality.
