It's not a performance platform. This was built to satisfy somebody's individual passion for a car.
Will it handle/perform like a truely dedicated performance platform would?
No.
If you took a WRX STI, a 4th gen Camaro, a 20 year old Corvette, an aging Porsche 930, and dumped sixty large into it, what would you have?
A better car.
In every aspect.
Period.
It just doesn't belong with all the other thoroughbreds around it.
And a poor choice for a Meadowbrook event.
I'm not disputing it may be a great handling car.
But it's like making a Corvair go fast...can you do it?
Sure.
But why spend the money when other platforms are more receptive to the modifications?
