Just the front top mounts and the little insulator piece if you didn't get it, K6573. I would take a look at all the bushings and ball joints while you are in there to see if they need replacement. If not then those will be all the parts you would need. Definitely throw some grease in the pocket of the front shock upper mount, between the frame and the bracket.
