Wheel options...new vs re-"chrome"

Please don't do option 3, chrome looks beautiful on that car. It's pricey, but a good chrome job would be awesome since you care for it so well. If you're going to do a painted wheel at least do something bright and not a torq thrust.

If C6 wheels are played out, torque thrusts are played out....

In my opinion, if you are looking for a true oem look, get them re chromed.

If you want to settle for something while still being durable but don't care if it's not oem looking, powdercoat them.

Take the OE wheels off and clean them up to your satisfaction and store them until you get a scratch to go back to factory. I'll agree with Darren.. C6 wheels on Camaro's is kind of played out. I'm, personally, not a fan of the Torq Thrust style wheels on a modern looking car.

I've always been a fan of the TSW Cadwell. You'd have to run an adaptor, but what's the difference. You'd have to run a spacer with the C6 wheels.

Not bad - Wonder what their pricing is though. I don't want to spend $2k+ on wheels.

Cool, that looks good to me. I think that color is a little darker than the Anthracite.

I like the chrome too, but I do like how the TTM's have the polished lip on them. Keeps some of the "bling" to tie in with the headlights and a nice set of exhaust tips (when I get them).

I'm torn on the OE look...I haven't seen many around with the TTM's. Maybe some TT2's with all chrome, but it's not like I see the TTM's all over the place, so I don't consider them played out.

Agreed....but I can't pay for that one! Looking for a most cost effective solution.
