Not likely you'll be coming to Lake Orion for an alignment, but if someone recommends a shop up here, let me know, and I'll steer you clear of the rim gouging punks that did mine.

Find a good, OLD shop. I use Harold's Frame shop in Novi. Won't let anybody else touch my cars. When in doubt, Whip it out !

Hey Dave, Check out Baker's Alignment on Walton in Pontiac. They've done a few cars for me and always do a great job. They'll set the car to whatever specs you'd like. just get there early, as they do not take appointments and work on a first come first served basis...............____ .......

Brian did mine too, adding the degree of camber made a helluva difference in turn-in characteristics.-Joel

How are those alignment settings with regards to tire wear and overall friendliness to daily driving? Also, does it by chance help with tramlining at all?

I only have 2,000 miles on this alignment but the tire wear doesn't appear to be affected. *But usually I corner as fast as the person in front of me will allow. If you don't corner hard I would stay under a .5 degree negative camber.
I am running a 275 tire up front but have only noticed tramlining when on crappy grooved roads. I set it up with fair amount of caster for better return ability of the steering wheel. I have been driving it daily and I don't have any complaints. (However I haven't compared it to any other specs)
When I go back to Waterford I will increase camber closer to 1.5 but reduce the caster by .5-1 degree. However I think 1.5 degrees on the street might be a bad idea.

My car did show some inner tire wear after 2-3 seasons of driving but certainly nothing major and probably a lot to do with the fact i have a small sidewall with 18s.. 16s for example i doubt it would even affect at all. But anyway if you keep the tires rotated, 1 degree shouldnt be an issue for a weekend warrior. For a daily driver i would recommend less.-Joel
