Mine is all stock. The front "bushing" was in good shape when I installed it. I am going to order some better shocks for it. The Monroe's are pretty week. I might have to look into a different set up.

Yeah, it did it with the Gabriels they replaced also. Im going to buy some k.y.b.s adjustable s next.

I have tubular pan hard, heim joint lcas, relocation brackets, tubular tunnel mount torque arm. But my rear end is a little bit more stout than the 10 bolt, double adjustable shocks. No wheel hop here though

Hey I had Monroe Sensa-tracs on my car when you poked fun of its minimal wheel hop!

I've since upgraded to Bilsteins and they've been fantastic!

So I was looking at some of the torque arm replacements and realized I now have a bigger problem. When I swapped in the ls engine I had to modify the trans x member to work with the ls1 4l60e. The mount is 1.5 inches further forward than the one on the lt 1. So if I go with the tubular control arm wtf do I do for a trans x member?. Do they make a hybrid member for my application?

Short arm is for straight line... Ive heard they cause problems with braking in corners if youre going to be doing any autox/road race type stuff.

Oh,this bolts in @ the rear xmember location not the trans x member location. Now I see.

Wheel hop. Also the floor pan isn't all that strong in that area and was never meant to have that kind of load on it. Not uncommon to see a torn floor.

All I can say is mine has been in for 8 years.. Plenty of launches at the drag strip, no issues.. Now with auto x, that maybe a different story..

well, car is up on jacks. Im going to fit the new y pipe I got last week. While Im in there, Im going to look at the torque arm and mounts, and at the motor mounts. I may swap in some urethane mounts. New kyb shocks are coming, I just went with the self adjusting gas jobs. I threw the Gabriels back on for now, the new ones will be here the 10th.
