  • Ground Control coil over conversion

Has anyone ever used the ground control coil over conversion kit on their 4th gen ? It uses regular lowering springs but makes all four corners adjustable.
Just looking for input since I found a used set for sale.

    BTW here is their site.

I am using Vikings. Double adjustable rear shocks, and front double adjustable coil overs.

Sorry, need to clarify a bit. They go on regular springs, it just makes the ride height adjustable like a coilover. The fronts go on over the strut before the spring and rest of assy.

        Yeah no idea.
Why not just get true coilovers? They aren't that expensive. I paid 1000 for everything.

street car huh, would you want all your weight on and rely a single bolt? Race cars more so drag cars they are fine but for everyday, summer time ride. I wouldn't use them

As far as I know, these kits do NOT use stock springs. They are shorter springs that sit on adjusters.

Ground control weight jacks have no business on a street car.
