Thinkin of lowering my car...my goal is a slightly lower stance with no rubbing and a stiffer spring wood be nice for less nose lift and dive.. any tips or pics ? cut spring, hh mod, new springs, etc. my car is stock with 275-45-17s with 17 x 9.5 c6 replicas..

I would just do the heater hose mod to level out the stance.

+1 on the heater hose to start and if it isn't enough then move to springs.

Nope. I'm running the LT1 Eibach Pro Kit on my 98 Camaro. A little low in the front because of the iron 6.0 but didn't need the adjustable panhard, I put one on because I'm picky and wanted it dead center

I have cut front springs(one coil) and love them.

I did heater hose mod on the rear..hate it. This spring I will be cutting half a coil and putting the rubber isolators back in.

In the past I had the LT1 Pro Kit..loved it but now that I have cut springs I think a reasonable cutting(no heat) is perfect for most people.

It seems harsh. That rubber piece gives you some cushion from the springs hitting the body.

Cutting the spring just seems like the right thing to do, as half assed as it sounds.

Yup, spend the money up front once, instead of spending more money to do it again.
