Prima welding at 13/ Groesbeck on north side just west of the railroad tracks.
If its a show rim and the bend is visible from the outside I would look elsewhere. Ask a welder to fix a rim and he'll do it, but the paint will be damaged. Usually $60-100 a rim IIRC.
