Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

I'll try and get better pics today after I wash it and before the sun goes down. Installing them took a bit longer than expected so I missed the sun yesterday. Wheels are 17x11 with 315/35/17 all around. 10mm front spacer and so far no rubbing.
I should be out on WW Friday night cruising.

Looks good from the pictures. When I initially read the thread title, I expected to see an inch of tire ballooning out from the wheel well. From the pictures, it doesn't look like there's any! Good job. Time to own the road!
I really like that hood too. Do you have plans to paint it? That'll really set off the car IMO.

Thank you, yeah I expected more poke than this, but am very pleased with how it sits. I wish it was a couple inches lower, but I'd rather it handle better.
I do plan to paint the hood someday, I'd like to paint the whole car. I'm not a fan of the red.
Awesome! I was just reading an article about how the Z28 is will have the widest front tires on a production vehicle. I am planning to run 275 40s on all four corners on my 3rd gen. But that won't be till next year.
I looked at the tires last night and I didn't see any signs of rubbing in the front other than a little in the front of the wheel well liner when turning. I'm sure it will hit my sway bar under full lock though.

This is exactly what I've been looking to do. I have a set of two 9.5s and two 11s, I want another set to make a complete set of 9.5s and one of 11s. Fitting them is a bit easier on a Firebird but if you run a 54mm offset you can just run a spacer up front and still be able to rotate the tires. Should hammer the bracket out of the way above the fender liner but other than that there shouldn't be any rubbing.
