Quick favor - if you're running 275/35/18's out back could you please post up an angled pic of the rear wheels. I'd like to see how much of a roll is on the sidewall. My buddy works for discount tire and said it probably wouldn't be too safe for me to run that size on an 8.5 wide wheel. He said 255/265 max. I know lots of you are running or have run that setup. I'd just like to visualize this.
I found a set of some 245/40/18's for about 400 shipped. I should be able to slam the car and tuck in the back with that size.
Thanks all

Why run a different size on the front? If you have the same size wheels front and rear wouldnt the same size tires make the most sense so you can rotate them? I cant even tell a difference front and rear on Seans car.-Joel

My 255/45/17's rubbed through the back of the inner wheel wells.Originally posted by JoeliusZ28 View PostWhy run a different size on the front? But - Mine is lowered, has the Spohn tubular a-arms (seems to have moved the tires back 1/2", have some stock ones I need to put on) and has the extra bracing in the wheel wells added by ASC

Tons of GTO guys run 275s on an 8" wide wheel. Tire guys don't like it, but you will be fine
