  • WANTED: need axle redrill to drifferent lug pattern

    im doing an axle swap on my blazer. i putting in a 8.8 axle so the lug pattern is 5x4.5 i need 5x4.75 stock s10 lug pattern.


    so is there anywhere someone can point me in the direction to a shop to do this for a good price with accuracy?

    i may be very wrong but wouldnt you need new axle shafts with the proper pattern?

    nevermind i understand now. its a travel but theres an axle shop on groesbeck and 16ish that may be worth checking out. heard many good things about them

        call DTS and they will get you squared away they should have all the proper dimensions and equipment in house.

                    Find a shop, or have DTS send it out to a shop, so you can have it done right. Nothing worse than compromising you or your car over by finding a cheap way to get 10 new holes.

                      i called dts they said they dont do that there and gave me a guy to call i called him his out of business and has been. some old guy.

                        EMAIL BACK TO MY QUESTION WAS YES THE TEMPLATE IS FOR THAT REASON AND MY SECOND QUESTION WAS WILL YOU GUYS RE DRILL THEM?


                        THEY SAID YES THEY WILL RE DRILL THEM FOR 65 BUCKS A PAIR

                            Didn't know they were that close. I figured with shipping costs back and forth you wouldn't be far off from a new set of axles

                            Glad you're doing it right. The rotors can be drilled with that template, but on an axle flange running lug centric wheels it is imperative that it is spot on.

                              i agreee i was just getting stressed over it. but glad they are doing it shipping only 25 bucks
