Take a picture from further out, what is that piece of L-shaped metal to the left of it?

I guess I'm not seeing the problem? Remove the shock nut and then put the bracket into place, the shock stud should go through the L shaped bracket.

Here it is upside down so that you can see how it wouldn't line up even with the shock bracket out of the way.

And here's the part in the way or whatever. I just emailed founders they said they've never seen one like this before. I can't be the only person to ever mod a v6 And I thought our rear ends were the same.

Is that the E-brake bracket? Your pictures are terrible. I had to bend my E-brake bracket out of the way to get them to fit.

well there isn't exactly much room to position a camera around in there. Founder's called me and said it was indeed the e-brake bracket and that I would have to cut it out, as this bracket should go around both parts from the outside (as obviously the LCA is in middle so you can't put it there.
I think I'm just going to install my LCA's and see how i like them. If anyone on here has the tools to help cut those parts off I'll take you up on your offer. Then I can install the brackets later on as it was pretty easy to get in there. I still want to get my LCAs on for now though.

On mine, the bracket in red was not there, and the two green faces met up with each other. The re-lo bracket goes on the outside of the lca bracket.

Man up and just bend them out with pliers.... You don't "need" to cut them off. It would just look better that way if someone were to crawl under the car and look.

my guess is the V6 brake brackets are possibly different that the LT and LS stuff.

air grinder and cutoff wheel = 5 minutes to cut them off.

If you have an air compressor I can lend you the cutoff tools

I have none of those things just basic hand tools, so I'd have to visit someone that had them. if they didn't mind of course.

Ive put those on 2 cars and both had that bracket. 2 minutes later and a cutoff wheel = problem solved.
