found some 16x8 salad shooters with BFG drag radials with "20 or more passes left on them" as stated in the add for $50 for the 2 tires and 2 rims. Are these worth a look? I really want some DR's

Never heard of a 15" salad shooter but 255 is more than enough. Detroitmuscle went like 1.53 on 255's. Radials will help but you really need to look into a bias ply being a stick car.

16" i meant. It might look kind of funny with 275's on front and 255's on the rear lol. I think i might still snatch these up since there only $50.

did you pick these up? remember even taking the rims to scrap, you can get $64.00 for a set of 4 alum rims with no rubber mounted.

yup, picked them up this afternoon. they still have really decent tread left, probably around %40 left. $50 i figured i better snatch them up.
