New Drag Radials

I know from my last car that the M/T's are the best drag radial out there, but I just didn't want a tire that would dead hook and kill the rear end. Besides these look like they will be a little better than the M/T's in the rare times I get caught out in the wet. Discount tire just called and they're in already. Might get them put on this evening.

Id say with the power level and the stall. That u have you won't have ahole lot of rearend breakage even if you dead hook .

Well, they're on already. Originally they said they'd get them in on monday-tuesday, but they arrived this morning and just got them installed. Woodward tonight? Hmmm........

I put 275-17 bfg drag radials on mine. What is a safe speed to run in the rain going to get wet tommorow. Thanks Pete

really, holy shit looks like I better buy some wheels and get two more street tires for the rear changing from 16x8 wheels to 17x9.5 96&97 ss ragtops came with 16s. Put 275x17 bfg street tires up front and 275x17 bfg drag radials in back.
