275 or go home! I've had 275s on mine since I got my rims - even with the v6. Love it. Yeah they follow the road a bit but it's not that bad.

lol yes thats a was his only complaint, but my 255s do that on black top roads that have been worn down.

I'm saving up for mine. . . I have wheels from the same manufacturer on my 'bird, and the tires I have need replaced badly. . . I'm holding out for at LEAST a pair of 295's out back, preferably 305's or 315's, and 275's out front. I'm going to buy the tires one or two at a time, then get them all mounted when I have them. It's easier to swallow spending $150-$250 for a tire than spending $800-$1000 on a set of tires. I guess that's just how I buy stuff for my car, being a broke-ass all the time. lol

I just did some looking around on TireRack, a single BFG KDW2 in 295/35 18 is only $211. The BFG KDW Drag Radial in 315/30 is $292, the KDW2 is not available in that size. . . That's $160 savings by going with the smaller tire, which is still a helluva lot of tire out back.

Actually, you might be able to get away with a 305 if it isn't lowered.

And would a 295/45 zr18 look stupid with a street tire? Would be just a hair over 28" tall.

my 165s look great up front lol, I really think 275s are a little big up there, mine rubbed on stock wheels and tire sizes.
