Part # Needed

Hey guys,

When we yanked the 3.4L v6 out we cut the two brake lines that go to the k-frame from the Hydraulic Modulator Solenoid (I think that's what it is called?) by the fuse box.

In any case, we'd like to see if we can purchase a new brake line that goes from the k-frame to the assembly that it bolts to.

Does anyone have any idea what part # it possibly could be?

The lines we snipped are two of the 4 that are unlabeled on the side of the solenoid.

You aren't going to like this, but I think that you have to bend your own. Its a pain in the ass to get the to look straight too.

Yup your more then likely going to have to bend your own.

Why don't you eliminate that POS and hard line it?
Cleans up the engine bay really nice

Other wise you would have to go to a dealer or something and get one or bend your own.

I think that too much flexible line will decrease braking power. You apply the brakes and all that pressure makes the lines expand.

im looking through my 94 shop man. and from the picture you provided there is was relatively close but it doesnt list the part number but it said you can order it through a GM dealer.. ill keep looking maybe I overlooked it

I'm going to my car next week so I'll get pics of what I did.

You would have to build a flow block for the fluid to go through but that is easy.

It really opens up that area and who needs ABS any how.

Yeah I didn't realize that meant deleting ABS. I think I want to keep ABS.
