      I got the Kumho SPT 285/40zr17 on 17 x 10.5 rear and 275/40zr17 on 17 x 9 in front

I'm keeping the stock spring and doing the heater hose in the rear. there was a cheapy mod for the front that I was going to look into also.

Belle Tire wanted $100 to mount and balance discount $80 and Quality tire did it for $48.00, and used a touchless mounting machine. So shop around before you fork it out.

Tires look nice man. But I thought Discount mounted and balanced for free??? I got a new set of tires last summer and they did it for no charge.

Quality tire is a couple miles west of Capital City Airport on Grand River. I got there number through the Cooper Tire site.

I had sent an email to tomzwheels and I got a quote for the somi's 315/35r17 and 275/40r17s 398.00 plus 80.00 shipping. They're still open, just couldn't access web site

Sorry, not trying to be a bother, but is that in Lansing?

yep Lansing, mi. I would have to say if you called some of the local service shops in the area. You might find one that will do it for less.

cheapest I have found around here is 20 per wheel. That is just ridiculous.

Looks like I'm going to have to cut out some of the bump stop. It doesn't hit anything sitting still but its real close. I can see it taking the tire out under hard braking into a corner. NOT cool.

my tires were a close call when they were mounted. Just barely enough room to make it by
