        no. on 98+ V6 rear springs are the same as V8 springs. thats why they sit so high...

        LT1 4th gens had the lowest sitting suspension. V6s and LS1s sat higher.

          Hey Joel, we meet a friend of yours at Fairlane's Bowling center last week.
          He drives a 98 Red V6 Bird.

                          No because the springs dont directly contact the chasis. you are REPLACING the spring "puck" with heater hose that is much thinner than the puck.

                              Yeah, you probably already know this, but the heater hose is just something to keep from getting a "metal-on-metal" sound when the springs are moving.
