Long shot but does anyone know off hand or have access to the standard 98-02 PBR front brake caliper dimensions? Most important would be the mounting bolt spacing, but if anyone has a full dimension sheet or even dimensions on the spindle that would be even better. I want to start running some CAD models of possible caliper conversion brackets, but I can't seem to find any good dimensions/drawings to work from. Thanks!

Brake caliper dimensions?

Eh don't worry about it. I'd really need the distance from the hub center to each bolt hole to really be useful anyway. I'm planning on picking up a spindle/hub and a couple different rotors to play around with and get a solid bracket design down. The only thing I really have to figure out is if the 4-piston calipers are going to be enough or if I should go for a 6-piston while I'm at it.
That and if I'll need a larger bore master cylinder to make up for the larger caliper volume/displacement.

Caliper template
If you go to KORE's web site http://www.kore3.com/ they have all the templates for the diff factory calipers, print them off and glue it to a cardboard backing and you can check clearance's on your wheels!
