245 is yur tire width.....yur second set is the height of the sidewall compared to yur width. So if yur tire is 8 inches wide and yur rolling a 50 r...yur sidewall height should be 4 inches. The last one is a no brainer.....

225 is just a narrower tire size. the 245's are a little wider! so not at all.

I'd find the tries you want then go haggle between tire stores until you get a good price, out the door remember. It'll work out better since they install them for free and you can usually talk them down pretty well if you get quotes.

umm, why not upgrade to 17s? they have become easy to come by used, for cheap.

why waste the money on tires now then? tires last like 40k miles.

hey guys i have a question.... what is the back spacing of the salid shooter rims? and can someone explain what back spacing is..

the reson i ask is because im thinking about geting some old school craigar rims and if i get them the backspacing in the front would be 4" and the back spacing in the back would be 4 3/4" will they fit?

please excuse my spelling... i went to a cathlic school.
