i was thinking that exact thing, something you definately dont see and I think it would acctually look good. ive seen some older camaros with the color of their car accented on wheels, why not a 4th gen?

I do however, have an idea that is right along those lines up my sleeve.

also i think there might be two different versions of these wheels. Before i started i noticed the paint on my SLP 10 spokes looked different than the 10 spokes i am working with, which are factory SS take offs. maybe my other ones would been easier to strip, because this has been done before without too much grief.

Only one version of the 10 spokes I'm aware of(besides the anniversary wheels). SLP added the wheels hood and spoiler on all 98+ SS. Maybe these were recoated?

im just saying maybe the application changed over the years... the edges of the paint on my other wheels were not as sharp.

i have no idea. all i know is it's strong as hell. haha. i guess you'd have to read the label or try it on a scrap piece of aluminum first.
