[Project] 1999 Trans Am! New toy!

It's been a while since I sold my last project ( 92 rs Camaro) I bought a 99 trans am! Here are some pictures! It is a auto trans car pretty much stock, but Summit Racing has already made a 10 box delivery yesterday! We just bought a new house, so it will be a little bit until I can start some installing parts.

So far this is what I got.

Pacesetter quicktrip long tube headers
Pace setter 3 inch off road y-pipe
SLP Loud mouth exhaust (the original not the 2)
QTP electronic 3" cutout
SLP 160* powerstat
Eibach pro kit springs
KYB Gas-a-just shocks and struts
all Moog ball joints, tie rods, bushings and sway bar links.
New precision wheel hubs
Richmond Gear 3:73 gears and install kit
MSD wires and the br7ef plugs
ZEX ls1 Nitrous kit
ZEX racers kit ( heater gauge and urge)
Summit Racing window switch
Denso 234-4617 o2 sensors
Egr Block off kit

Bike is a 2009 R6, and might be for sale soon!!! Thought I was ready to ride again, but after the 4 back surgeries sadly I am not. I can barely tolerate the Trans Am!

Brian, no fifth gen. I finally got started on the car. SLP cold air intake is installed. I put the shocks and springs in rear, plus UMI lca and panhard bar, and moog sway bar bushings and links. I got the whole exhaust off today. Tommorow my uncle is coming over to help install the headers, y-pipe and loud mouth exhaust with electric cut out. Last week I installed the stereo. Kenwood head unit and speakers, and the mtx thunderform amplified 10" sub. It sounds great! Nitrous is almost all hooked up too.

Jacked up the rear to do the rear suspension and the rear coil springs fell out. I knew it rode like shit and something was wrong. Well the guy before me cut the factory springs. So short they fell out. lol. Not even the same height.

After the rest of that I am hoping to complete the entire front suspension. Tie rods ball joins and all bushings with the eibach springs and kyb struts. Cant wait to have her finished!
