The high idle linkage is binding.
So when you hit the gas it catches and forces it into high idle, then you have to kick it.
So I am going to try to back out the high idle screw. I think its set to high anyways I don't have a tachometer yet but it sounds like its close to 2000rpm.

I think I got it.
I backed out the high idle screw so it wasn't touching. Warmed it up, and turned the electric choke housing until it opened the choke plate fully as it wasn't opening it full before. So then I moved it a tiny bit back and tightened it down.
Now I will have to retest when its cold to use the high idle screw to set the high idle.
