Made a little progres: I had the hotside welded completely so I could mount that heavy turbo on it. Now I can start mocking up the downpipe. I also recessed my radiator into the core support. Its a tight fit between the turbo to radiator and turbo to water pump but it fits.

We have a support in our kits that supports the turbo equally in the center off the drain. Might try something like that, works excellent for us! I didn't notice a flex section at all in your crossover so you will have to be sure to support it at the engine somewhere so the entire unit will move with the engine.sigpic
