installed the motor Friday night (took a break on Saturday had work and a grad party)
got it fired up sunday! only started it for 5 seconds or so.. it started first try **couldn't take the smile off my face** it sounds amazing already
need to hook up the wrest of odds and ends also torque my front harmonic balancer bolt down 240ftlbs? wtf lol
hooked up drive shaft
all sensors seemed to be hooked up over looked like 20 times...
trying to locate my power steering leak??? may have ripped a line installing motor
ill be posting some pic/vid updates when i get a chance!! just having some issues

also installed my torque thrust II's
ordered o2 extensions... *correct ones this time

Ooh, its getting close now!!! I'm going to feel accomplished if I get my long tubes swapped over in the next week, i dont know how you can pull and install an engine that quickly. My luck, I'd break every bolt in the process. haha

thanks guys, been working pretty hard on it gets frustrating at times but its really paying off!!
i really wanted to do some wire hide mods and paint my engine bay but that will be done over next winter i hope.

does anyone know how safe it would be to drive my car untuned to tune shop 1Hr drive? still have stock fuel pump in.

also any tuners on here that could help me with something to get by for a week or 2 so i can schedule my dyno tune appointment.

I wouldn't drive it unturned. What cam did you end up going with? Nice job getting it done in time to enjoy it this summer.

If it has stock injectors you should be alright. Its just going to be rich down low.

Get it flashed by someone who knows what there doing or tow it. Never try and drive a car with larger injectors than its tuned for.

ran it for awhile filled coolant up and burped the system a few cycles staying at correct temp after filled!

this thing sounds great still have some minor things to do

ill try to get a nicer one tomorrow
can anyone do a flash tune for me? so i can drive to dyno shop at least was hoping to break in clutch before i get dyno tuned also
(i dont know much about tuning or how it works so idk whats exactly safe)

whos tuning the car? You should be able to take them your PCM and have them load a drivable base tune on it to get it to the shop.

have not found a tuner yet i would like to get a dr phil tune but i hear hes always busy..
