  • Well the rad we just bought is like 3" thick so I think its possible just need to be creative in making a bracket.

    • What're you going to be using for fans? I bought the Derale pushers that most people use but this is something else I'm having clearance issues with.

        You can trim the corners of the core support on yours to move the factory radiator ad condenser more forward to get more clearance!

          I have done a great deal of this, and the radiator still hits the compressor housing.

                  Not sure if it's because my LT1 radiator is thicker than an LS1, maybe? If so I'd just buy an LS1 radiator.

                  Also, sorry for bringing my build into your thread Jeff and Mike, just trying to get some good info.

                  • We have LS1 radiator for sale if your looking.

                    We're using the derale fans. They fit on the stock rad in stock location. Hope they fit the griffin stood up.
