Those lights look good Rolo! Have you tested them at night yet? Curious on visibility and beam pattern.

Probably will test them friday night. I know they definitely need to be aligned and just need to figure out which of the screws in the back are the aligning ones haha. Ill get some pics up when I do.

What part of the exhaust tips are you wanting to powdercoat, Rolo? You're not planning on covering all that gorgeous shine are you?

No worries. I ended up not getting them powercoated. Even though I really wanted to. Got them put n today. Have them sitting flush with the rear GFX. 2.5in 3.5 out

how flush is flush? I would think you should have at least a little clearance in there so vibrations don't cause the tips to hit the bumper.

There is enough clearance for vibrations for street use. Not like Im going off roading lol, but there is a nice little baby gap

well i guess this is where i chime in. well wensday i has a really nice car dropped off for work and the work is going to get started extremly soon. i was in the hospital most of the week last week and got out monday. no worrys i just hurt my back and was dehidrated. but i will be clear the doctors says monday and then im going to get this sweet lil f-body a little performance make over.

i just want them to fit the way you like them, and be happy with the final result. i like BBk's and good fitment is always a huge plus.

update's

today i removed the exhuast and remove the EGR along with doing the plugs and wire's along the way i found out that he has a pinion seal leaking and about 4 exhaust leaks 2 where eliminated with installing the y-pipes.

this is another leaking area.


the passenger side came apart pretty easy not broken bolt i heated everything up trying to keep it all togeather, the drivers side was a completly differant story the stud where all rotted out and broke evern with useing a hot wrench to remover the.

while cataloging all the parts i found out you never gave me any intake gaskets or am i over looking them?

also do you care if i remover the muffler clamps in the rear of the car and weld the tube togeather there 2 spot that its leaking at the clamps?

So the plugs are installed along this the wires to the coils. the headers have been test fitted and look like they will fit nice in there new home. tomorrow i will have them and the exhuast finished and mybe the underdrive pulley.

also did you just have a assecory belt go bad? becouse there is rubber all over the throttle body housing and intake.
