I'm taking my GMAT exam on Saturday morning

Ugh...I'm taking the GMAT in July. I just started to look thru my study guide...not looking forward to this at all. Are you starting the MBA program at GVSU?

Not to hijack the thread, but yes, I got my bachelors from there last fall, so I figured why not keep on goin! It looks like this test will be a lengthy ordeal, the only studying I have done is the 2 practice tests and its all a bunch of review from prior education, the biggest deal will be recollecting it all..

Made a little progress. Got the factory Y-pipe off, and some other odds and ends top side including coil packs and EGR. Exhaust manifold bolts are soaking with PB Blaster and should come off early tomorrow. Just not sure on how the A/C compressor comes out or how to release any pressure. Torque arm and driveshaft are loose and ready to come out.

dont know how far you will get but i have 5 or 6 days off this coming next weekend maybe i can swing out and give a hand for a bit

Got a couple days off this coming weekend too, but my daughter graduates Thursday, so got some time tied up there. Looks like 12 hour days until then, so not much time to get after it until the weekend actually gets here. Made a little more progress today. Planning on motor mounts, then the converter for this weekend. I'll take whatever help you can give.

shoot me a pm or call or txt im off today and this weekend. friday/sat/and sunday if you need a hand im more then willing to come over and give you a hand. i can swap out your TC and be no problem. do you have all the tools you need or do you need me to bring a handful? mainly a really really really long extension for the trans to motor bolts???

Hey let me know. I am new around here, but I live in Allendale. Just off of 60th Street (south of Lake Mich Drive). I will be running around a bit, but if you send me a note when your going to be out there and your address I am sure I can stop in. Let me know if you need any tools. Looks like your probably set, but between my stuff and access to my offices stuff I can probably get something if you need it. I don't have any nematic tools though.

dan this isnt for me but im sure greg will see this and if i hear from him and we need more help im sure hell give you a shout and a trans isnt nothing to drop well take out and swap ive had my fair share of fixing trans problems on the side of the road aka 's driveway lol

Thanks guys, I could use all the help I can get. Dan, I am between 56th and 60th in a subdivion north of Lake Michigan Drive. All the exhaust is off, torque arm off and driveshaft out. I will drop you guys a note. Looks like as of now I will have Saturday, Sunday and Monday off. I think I have all the tools needed, however it wouldn't hurt to bring what you know will be needed just in case.

sounds good hit me up if the car is up off the ground i can yank the trans out swap tc and throw it back in for ya while you work on everything else. hell i think i only need a wrench 9/16 and 5/8 socket long ext rachet flat head screw driver and a jack and its outta there. lmao let me know man im free sat and sun

That is funny, i bet my wife, kid and I have walked by your house a hundred times. We almost bought a house on the north side of that neighborhood. We are just around the corner. The town actually just made the sidewalk on 60th that connects me neighborhood to yours. I will come looking for you guys. Thanks, I can easily run back to my place and grab something if we need it.
