i have a Salvage Titled 1989 chevy camaro rs 283000 mi orig drive train. numbers match.
been in 2 wrecks as far as i know. i bought it totaled and replaced coresupport fenders hood and bumper
well my plan over the winter is to yank stock drive train.
overhaul 700r4 shave the pistons add clutches and replace the basket with heavier duty one. and converting to full manual valve body
im in the process of building a 383.
i will be fabricating and welding my own SFCs
as well as 6-8 point cage
i will be runing stock 7.5 rear end with series 3 lsd carrier and richmond 3.73 gearset.
only rust i have is a 6 in hole in dead center of drivers floor board. caused by driving over a sign
