    That would be the Stinger hood, though, not the Sunoco hood.

        anyone in the redford/metro area wanna help me install my headers and SFC while im home on leave. ill be home aug19 to sept 2. would like to get it done fast. i can supply food and drinks.

          True story. Also those are a hockey stripe/ sunoco stripe hybrid, I was just posting something to give him an idea on color scheme and that was the closest picture I could find.

            Don't buy the stinger hood. Too many people have them now. Angie and I saw two cars with my hood yesterday on Hall Road within a mile of eachother. I was fuming pissed.

              I dont understand how "Everyone has an SS hood"

              I drive through Lansing and Grand Rapids and have seen one SS hood this week: on my car.

              I see 15 5th gens and 5 Trans Am's every day it seems like. In fact, just today I seen 3 synergy green cars. Didnt see one LT1 Fbody besides me.


              Get what looks good. While lots of people on this site may have a particular item, EVERYONE doesnt have SS hood, or TTII.

                should i go true dual or catback? im starting to think the true duals may get annoying after awhile. i have a M6 with stock gears.

                  Probably a catback. Get a cutout. "Everyone has one" but you can go from quiet to loud in two seconds. Wish I had one. Also, drone does get annoying.

                          just placed my order 1550$ went really fast lol heres what i got

                          pacesetter LT's
                          pacesetter ORY
                          tpis airfoil
                          motorsports smooth elbow
                          moroso CIA
                          UMI STB
                          UMI SFC
                          EGR block off plates
                          true fiber SS hood.

                          then sunday my father is going to pick up

                          17 and 18 in C5 wheels with
                          245/45/17 and 275/40/18 goodyear run flats
                          Pro 5.0 shifter with short stick

                          then when i get home im getting 5% tint on my side windows and 20% on my back window
                          also getting speakers wire up in my back (damn car wasnt order with them)

                          so altogether about 2500$ its totally worth it. i plan to try and make it to woodward before i go back.

                              hmmm my car didnt come with speakers either, It has black Sticky pads in the holes....
