      Hey before you lower it, can you measure from the ground to the top of the fender for me please on both front and rear? I'm 60/40 if my car has been lowered or not and that's the only way I know to check really. I'm thinking more that it hasn't been lowered.

                      Keep in mind too that saggy springs/shocks can make the car seem lower too. I used lowering springs and I barely lowered the car more than it already was because my car had so much suspension sag.
