    Nice looking ride Jon, congrats!!! Had I seen this thread earlier I would've offered you back your old wheels , they're sanded and polished and looking pretty good now.

          Yessir that is the plan. Right now my dad will be enjoying it for the summer as I still drive the vette everyday. The car will be the mule for a new custom exhaust I will be making and marketing

            no, they are actually different springs. I'm guessing it was done as a remedy for people complaining about ground clearance issues.

            My old V6 uses the same springs in the rear as an LS1 car, and parked next to my Z28 it sat about a full inch higher spoiler-to-spoiler.

            EDIT: V6 cars from 93-97 didnt use the same springs as LT1 cars, they also sat higher.

                Sometime next week, date not in stone yet as waiting on work schedule but I will be putting on longtubes and lowering springs! Install party with pizza and beer, work will be on a 2-post lift!
