They look pretty sweet off the car. Can't wait to see them on the car.

um no...Originally posted by ITSSLOW View PostThey on yet!?!?!?!?!
I have to finish cleaning them up and polishing the front two to make them look as good as the rears. Then I need to go get some pads and rotors for the front brakes as well as some caliper paint cause now those ugly things are going to show with these wheels. Then I need to clean up the wheel well's a little, get some better looking chrome lugs and put the adapters on then I can bolt up the new ones. The list is getting longer and longer, and the pile of parts is getting bigger and bigger. On second note I am heading to auto zone now to get the above listed items... I do not believe I will get them on today unless I really crank out some work and the wheels come out looking ok.

Yes wheel adapters, these are made for a 4th gen F-body so in order to run them on a 3rd gen you have to have 2 inch spacers/adapters to have them right (I guess). I got them all on backed out of the driveway got like 3 houses down and the fronts made all kind of noise, like a popping clicking noise (not good). Not sure if I didnt get the spacer on tight enough or what but I have to jack it back up and spin the front wheels and see whats going on with them and whats making the noise, I just hope they make the same noise when I turn them by hand. Urgh why cant anything be easy?Originally posted by prorac1 View PostAdaptors? What are the adaptors for? They arent wheel adaptors are they? Eric L
But they look better then I thought on the car, kinda stick out a little far for my taste in the rear tho.sigpic

Good luck, im not a big fan of wheel spacers/adaptors. They can be kind of hit and mis because they put a lot of stress on the wheel berings and studs. Hope you get it figured out. Eric L
