Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

sooo ummm 2 questions... why would you tell everyone that you did that lol, and why were you doing 360s inside?????
well as far as y i did it inside its simple. i never did it inside before and there was so much room i didnt think anything would happen. im sure most people have never even had the chance to do that including you. as far as the rebuild post im proud of the work i put it. i creating that body kit from scratch. it took over 200 hours and 4 trys to get it right. sure i could have just gone out and bought one. heck if you have the money just write a check and park your car in front of a shop with i do to list and pick it up in the spring. but unlike a person that buys there car i made mine. i have been building them for a long time and get much more enjoyment in driving a built car then a bought car. but i am guessing from your comment you know little to nothing about that. as for the rest of the posters thanks for the support and im looking forward to seeing you all in the spring. unlike last year thanks to M_Juntti motivation it will be finished to prove my point. it will be the only one like it im sure.
Nice job man i wanna do the same thing i just think the body kits look better if they are flush mounted.

my advice, buy one and mod it thats what i wish i would have done. however im not sure how easy it would be to somth it out with out the lines cracking.
I've never really hard of anyone having any long term success with molded body kits. I've always heard the lines will eventually crack because it's two different surfaces in most cases. Rockers are metal, body kit fiberglass, for example.
this is true, you need same material surface in order to get a good bond, you can use a two part panel glue, but yes over time the two differnet surfaces will show its true lines.

i agree but i have a solution. you will love this ready. metal sideskirts welded to the body of course. the front and rear are molded so u not just take the completed peices in and have them remolded then they would be one peice. if your going to spend a grand on the kit whats another $400 to have it done right. the only thing i havent solved is the fender gap to the rest of the body. that 6" is a tough one
use a compsoite plastic to make the fender gfx. But i do like the idea of the metal gfx. But over all im not a fan of gfx on f bodies. But in the way of gfx, the metal working thing sound good, im interested, sounds cool. Eric L

The metal sounds cool, but how much extra weight would it add? GFX arent that chunky so I dont think it would add tomuch.. well if your following the exact lines of them
so let me get this straight. You get to mess around with your car at work, drive recklessly, crash and the company pays everything? Thats AMAZING!!!!!! Where can I sign up
