    http://ltxtech.com/forums/showthread...Headers-with-Y

Never ran them, but really not worth it if you're doing a cam. Simply not worth the work either for shorties.

NO! Longtubes or nothing. If you're worried about cost then find the stainless ones on Ebay. I paid 190 for mine shipped and they're just fine.

        Used to own a Firebird.

ANYTHING is better than stock manifolds but i absolutely agree with the above. Get longtubes or dont waste your time. Why leave horsepower on the table?

ive not read anything about those, but from what i see they look good. you might want to check on tech for fitament issues.

ebay headers are so hit and miss, I'd just go with something that is known well to fit, don't cheap out and cause problems for yourself. Do some research on the headers before you buy them.

so im thinking about skipping the trans work for now because next winter im planning on swapping out for a t-56...how bad would it be for me to run my cam set up with the a4 trans all stock...? Just for the summer and i don't think i would take her to the track just to risky i think.

how many miles on it? Its hit or miss really it could last a few years could last a few days just make sure your tune is spot on and you'll break a lot less parts.

I'd cam it and run it like hell until it breaks. Might as well enjoy it.
