Kinda...as far as firing the engine I still need to order fiberglass wrap for the headers, fuel filter, pressure regulator and all my fittings and she's ready to fire. Still need to make a cage for. The fuel cell and get the windows to work

        • I tried dropping that block in today...got a the bolt in the driver side but my pass side mount is about a 1/4" off from that bolt being able to go in...I loosened the mounts to try to knock them around a bit but its not getting me any closer...I'm done messing with it for at least a day, my bp is through the roof trying to get that mount to line up so I'm gonna stop befor I break something

          • took some time off and took a little trip up to standish for the week but i managed to get some parts ordered - fuel filter, pressure regulator, hose ends, pushrods, heat wrap and a few others. I had to switch some stuff around on my regulator, put on a gauge and plug some holes...i want to wait to instal until i get my lines ran up to the engine bay. I wrapped my headers in the fiberglass wrap...pretty much took half the day..wrapping headers suck. after wrapping the headers i picked up some angle iron from home depot and made a cage to go around the fuel cell..have a little top retainer that i can unbolt and pull the cell out of the cage...probably tomorrow or wednesday im gonna try and get that cage welded into the trunk then i can finally instal my wolf racecraft rear bulkhead... still crossing my fingers for the spring m&g

                • finally stopped raining today so i immediatly rolled the welder out to the back yard and started going to work. little trimming and tapping and the fuel cell cage went right in and got welded. tossed in a couple supports on the bottom of the cage in the middle and some angle iron on the sides to help keep it sturdy. made my 10an line and put the adapters on the fuel filter/pump and tightened them down. threw on my 10an line, dropped the tank and tightened down the fuel cell end of the 10an line, and wired the fuel level sender. im waiting for my dad to move his car out of the garage so i can put the car on stands, run my fuel lines, pick the motor up and put the headers on and drop it back down for good, do the pushrods/rockers, altenator, wire a few more things, cross my fingers and push the button! but i gotta get the car out of the garage first...

                          • When I needed pigtails and random harness parts I just went to the junkyard. I just walked out back and hacked off what I needed, as long as the harness was already messed up or wasnt in 100% usable state they didnt care and let me have the parts for free.
