  • [Project] 1986 Buick GN

So ive started a project thread, by popular demand. its a 1986 Buick Grand National, 3.8 Liter Intercooled Turbo. I found this car on craigslist and rescued it from certain death, it was axle deep in mud. Here are the pics the day i bought it and some i took today while i was putting the interior in. It will be mostly stock ,with a few bolt ons and a good tune, i should be running about 16 lbs of boost.
    Attached Files
    Boosted AND all wheel drive.

Looks like a solid start. Those Turbo Regals are the only good cars to come out of the 80's IMO.

I used to have an '87 WE-4 and I loved it. I should have never sold it. So this thing has the complete drivetrain with it as well? What's with the wheelie bars? Used to be fast?

Your forgetting the Fiero!!! Not the 80s but the early 90s had the syclones ad typhoons.
