Since work forced a whole plant shutdown for this week, I planned on getting a bunch of work done on the T/A but as luck has it, I got sick! Oh well I got some work done and here are the results half ways into my week off.

I am glad to provide some entertainment.

Please keep in mind, this will be a very long, long project as I don't have disposable income to throw at it right now. I will be doing as much as I can without spending to much on it for the time being.

Here are some more update pictures.

Part 1 for 7-4-09 project was to remove as much of the LH trunk pan as possible to assess any LH Frame Rail damage. My goal is to use the full replacement trunk pan from Dynacorn (See first attachment), it seems many guys replacing their trunk pans with this piece are very happy with it. This part will give a nice uniform look to the trunk pan without looking like something was scabbed in.

Part 2 of day 7-4-09 was to remove the LH trunk drop offs. This trunk drop off probably is salvagable and since they don't reproduce these I may use it or save it. I do however have a solid LH trunk drop off from the "orange" quarters I just bought and I may use that drop off. Time will tell which LH drop off wins!

Thanks Doug! I love this stuff and documenting every step is rewarding to look at for fun and for re-assemble purposes.

I sure hope we can make a MI show this year. I really want to do the Fall Color Tour, that was our most fun we had in Mi. Maybe i can do the FCT with the Z7D (if GMMG gets it done)?
