Did you get the PHS docs on it yet?
That is one thing I can't figure out. It obviously never came with a console but I do have a copy of the original invoice and no where does it say anything about deleting a console. Was it standard to have consoles with all firebirds and you had to delete it? I am assuming the carpet is original and there are no mounts for a console and no indication of a console.

I have not gotten any PHS docs yet but I do have a copy of the original dealer invoice, I will get all the PHS docs, this is one reason why I like the Pontiacs, great documentation available.

Thanks for all the comments, yes, I am going to be busy!

Ray, good to hear from you, Vic says hi too!

I thought of your car right away when I saw the Red exterior with white interior! I love the combination! I say, Ray will get a kick out of this! ha

My goal with this car is to restore it back to it's original buildsheet, I love original factory stuff too.

Vic and I are planning one trip to MI this year, most likely Superfest will be it! Can't wait!
