Can you argue that it's "revolutionary"? Perhaps. Just because it's "new" and "different" doesn't mean it's the greatest thing since sliced bread.

I ended up pulled the whole carb off this time and for the second time I confirmed the fuel pump was working. Then Nick and I useed compressed air and cleaned the accelerator pump, and all of the small holes and found a few missing parts.Originally posted by Darrenscamaro View PostSweet keep me posted with the carb issue!
I apologise for taking a while to update this thread.
I BIG Thanks to Darren and Fred! Last week we started to install some of the interior panels but I realized I was missing some clips. So we took apart the front bench seat to paint it black. I taped up the wheel well moldings but they I am still undecided on if I like them yet. Then Fred taught Darren how you clean the center of the roof when the car isn't as low as his 3rd gen.
Tonight Fred painted up some 15X7 Rally wheels I installed a few parts on the engine(vacuum fitting for power brakes, choke block off plate.. and then we fought to connect the vacuum line to the trans to the bell housing. It was a frustrating task as the bolt did not want to start in the hole, but thn the end we were successful and I was able to cross off a few things off the list. I am sure I will have some some more progress pictures by the weekend as I am expecting to have more parts on Wednesday.Last edited by bri2203; May 18th, 2010, 01:09 AM.
