I just applied the final coat of paint to my seats. I have a few small things to do I will probaly call it an early night. But I will make up for it tomorrow as I will have some new parts to install and Nick is going to stay late so we can break in my cam.

I just bought sill plates, spark plug wire retainers, exhuast hangers and forward lamp harness retainers. Tomorrow is going to be good day.

glad you got new sill plates, they will look much better! So you gave up on having hangers made or what? Don't forget you need to shop for wheels!

I guess that makes it a bit more difficult than 3 miles. lol

I found they are selling reproduction sill plates for $24 each. So $48 seems cheap compared to $186 for GM ones. Inline Tube just started making the orginal style exhaust hangers. They called today and said they were ready to be picked up. So my co-worker picked them up on his way home today.

So instead of buying sill plates for my birthday, looks like I will be buying wheels/tires!
Do you have an wheel suggestions?

                          • Boss Wheels its been decided, 18x8 just order them Brian its what you like.

                            Those are 18x8 all around

I know you would rather have 17's but those are nice and would work on your car very well.

                            http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Boss-...item519167f5ec

these are 18x8 and 18x9.5 which is the better choice

Hoping to do 17x8" and 17x9" or 9.5" but I am considering 18s.
I am trying keep an open mind. I like the factory SS wheels but they are only 15s.

The Boss 338s are a possibility but I am not sold yet on how they would look on a blue car. I like the price of them but the spokes are kinda narrow and they leave a lot of open space.
The good news is I have sme time before its my boirthday.
