Read Jeff's post below Kyle. I can tell you from personal experience they are not always located in all 5 places. Sometimes they're there and sometimes they are not. You should be able to find a build sheet in at least one of the locations though.

EDIT: If you give a shit, and still developing information at this time, but there may be as many as 5, count 'em 5, build sheets in third gens...

Under the dash, under the front seats, under the rear seats, in the spare tire well, and under the carpet in the rear compartment (the one you've found).

full tube chassis, big block, certified to like 7.50 i think. the guy who owns it is the guy who built my rear end for me. he's still in the process of building the motor for it. but he built one for a guy and the guy hasnt paid him so the guy told him he could use it for the pinks thing so he is trying to get it ready for that

welp i finally got my dad to get all his shit out of the garage so we could pull the car in and start working on it again. i sold the carb off it so i had to push the thing into the garage which is a ***** and that 9 inch does not roll near as easy as the old 10 bolt does so that was a pain in the ass... so pretty much i got all the bases to the roll bare painted b/c they were starting to get a light bit of surface rust on them from sittin bare metal for a while and then held off painting the whole roll bar until we have everything test fitted and are done moving stuff inand out of the car so i don;t scratch the crap out of it.
then we started working on the seat tracks making the aftermarket ones work.. we tried use a 4th gen power seat bracket work but it made the seat sit up to high and wouldnt; come far enough forward without hitting the roll bar so we had to scrap that idea and made the aftermarket ones work.
and then i finally got the Spohn drag rear sway bar mounted and preloaded correctly. so now the rear end is completely done with.
and well here are a few pictures of the progress








what we had to do to make these tracks work was extend the front so it was long enough to use the stock bolts for the seat and then put a l bracket on the side to make it fit the offset that the stock tracks have in them
