a 4inch cowl hood, looks like this

That hood will look mean, nice choice. Don't go any bigger than a SS spoiler though otherwise it looks weird imo.

o boy well i hope i have a good experience with them, couldnt find this hood anywhere else

some plans foiled... went to take off the stock exhaust manifolds today and the bolts were so rusted that the heads just disinagrated into nothing. so i suppose ill be doing headers when i have to pull the engine for a rebuild

I have no idea what your saying here, it sounds like your heads are now damaged? If so how are the manifolds still attached?
