kyle, why the hell havent you been on aim lately.

I agree with the monster cam if you have long term goals. Im happy with mine but I definitely think I could have gone a lot bigger than i did. People on the tech boards are too conservative with their opinions! Im going to hold off until i build a new engine though, i dont want to puff my stocker.

it is a pointless/dumb idea to use one on a stock motor (stock heads) though. Youll be spinning more RPMs to make the same power I am which just makes you more likely to spin a bearing.

I haven't been on AIM cause my laptop took a shit so now the only time that I can get online is for a few minutes of free time at work. It's been driving absolutly up a wall. My grades are awesome though,

LONG term goals with this car is to hit 12s with full bolt ons, then when I get tired of that I want to hit 11s. But like I said, that is roughly 2-4 years down the road. Without a doubt I will get the heads ported and the intake matched when done. I completly agree with you that it is retarted to do all the work of a cam package and not get headwork done. Will probably get a LE 2/3 package, or something from AI, I haven't researched them all that much.

12s on bolt ons is possible, that was a previous goal of mine that I abandoned because I just wanted the cam so bad

Ok, need some opinions. Christmas is going to be tight since half my family works in the auto industry and my parents want to get me stuff for my car so I found some stuff that is fairly cheap for them to get me. I'm not a big fan of stickers, but I think that the stuff that I want to put on my car is more of accents, tell me if you guys think that it's too ricey.

            ^probably get exactly that
^ Probably going to get black camaro since my calipers are silver
^Probably silver or white? any opinion
            ^In sliver or white? opinions?

^minus the SS part and substitute the camaro symbol in, think that will be too much going on in the gauge cluster? also again, white or silver?

^ I'm going to stick with the red since my paint is kinda messed up on mine

^ I am definitly doing the CAMARO and Z28 in silver and the bowtie red, but the question is, should I get them in reflective? I am conserned that it might look ricey, and also it will make it a pita to take pictures of my car, but I am on the fence, opinions?

^ I think that I might do exactly that color scheme in Z28 against my charcoal seat. The ZR1 has it and it looks awesome. Only difference is that mine would be stickers and not embroidered, but I think that it will still look okay.

^my rims say milla 1000 right there, so I think that I am going to get a black background to cover the center cap, and then z28 in white in the center

^ okay, last one, and I think this one might be just a little bit over the top, but what do you guys think?EDIT: for those who can't tell, the above is the front air diffuser

Also, I think that with the last few posts that I have made I am starting to compete with Nick, lol.

I was considering that, but I want to stick with the silver/ black exterior theme. What do you think about the rest of it?

For some reason I was thinking polished, which is almost chrome looking, lol. I thought that would be too shiney to match along with my rims since they are painted. I never really thought about brushed, I guess that I will have to look at it to see the color comparison.

Got a few pictures. Had to just about destroy the inlet on the stock exhaust to get it off. That was the hardest part about putting the new on, is getting the old off.

The headlight buckets were rusty n nasty n the paint was flaking off so i took those out and sandblasted and repainted them.

This is the only picture that I can find of the new headlights, I'll have to grab some more. You can see how incredibly bright they are versus the stock fogs in this picture.

^ I just had to go out play in the snow the other night. That is probably the slowest drifting in the world, lol. After hearing the flowmast from the outside, I think that the next mod is going to be new exhaust. Would it be a bad idea to hook a true dual system to stock manifolds?
