Finally got my exhaust put on!

Stock 2" downpipe is the next thing to get replaced (along with the exhaust manifold):

Went and washed the car at a quarter wash to get all the salt and shit off. Still isn't like a good handwash at home, but it does the job.










Finally, a video. Sounds better in real life than the video. I really like the sound inside the car.

Thanks guys. I agree, it really helps out. I'm gonna be on the lookout for a header and downpipe now, and the exhaust will no longer have much restriction!

Glad it worked out well! IMO the stock muffler has a deap tone it. But a turbo makes it sound different as well. Did you end up making a 3 bolt flange for the downpipe?

Yeah, he welded on a 3-bolt flange to the downpipe, instead of welding the 2-bolt to the exhaust.

Finally got that traction control issue fixed the other day. Vince sent me an updated trans tune, and it took care of the problem.
